An old fashioned method using traditional materials from the late 19th and early 20th Century in Britain. Similarly in Sweden and Canada these oils were used to combat the elements with sub zero temperatures in the winter and summer temperatures exceeding 30 degrees C.
Scandinavian Oil Paint
A pigmented oil paint based on our finish oil, using pure natural pigments. These pigments offer high U.V. protection combined with the penatrive water resistance of our finish oil resulting in a unique wood coating. Requiring only Linseed Oil and genuine Turpentine as diluents and dry timber emollients.
